Pros: Contains Leaks, Thin and discreet, Tight fit

Cons: I feel these run small

I ordered 2 in a size medium for my son who wears medium pants and they were way too tight. I was disappointed that I couldn't return them as he had already put them on as he HAD to wear them for his pool PT appointment and it was his first one. I emailed the Kiefer and they replaced them for free. That is absolutely THE best customer service!!

I was So Fooled!

I was out for a run Sunday afternoon and came across an alligator on the side of the road! It was about 10 inches long and I almost thought it was a "big" lizard! I stopped dead in my tracks, almost afraid to touch it with my foot. I think it was a plastic toy and I ran on............but maybe it wasn't?

Tacos! Alex-style!

Alex loves soft beef tacos from Taco Bell, but with his muscle problem, (movement disorder due to Wilson's Disease) he can't eat regular food. Jim gave me a food processor for Christmas which comes in real handy!


First cut the tacos into smaller pieces so they fit in the bowl.

Grind or "munch em up" as Alex says it!
Grind til a good consistency. He has graduated from very smooth to sort of chopped.

Ready to feed. Yes he ate all four of them......this is only two!
